“Sh*t’s Creek”
The Paddle is optional (Teams of 2)
Row 5000m or Ski (-or-Run 12×400)
12 Wallballs
9 Pushups (Adv HSPU)
6 burpees
One partner rows while the other works. Once the round of 12-9-6 is complete, they will switch. The athletes will repeat this until 5000m is completed. If the Athletes choose to Run, one athlete will stay and complete 12-9-6 while the other runs 400m. They will then alternate rounds until each athlete has completed 6x400m Runs (12 Total)
