At Chantilly Community Fitness (formally known as CrossFit Chantilly) we know the gym can be intimidating. That is why we are proud to have created a space where EVERYONE is welcome, no matter their race, gender, sexual orientation, or current fitness level. Wherever you are starting from our coaches are here to encourage you and give you the personal attention needed to take your fitness to the next level. Plus, with the support of our amazing community of Battle Unicorns (our mascot is the Rhino), staying accountable to our fitness program will feel natural and fun. When you become a member at Chantilly Community Fitness, you’re not just signing up for a monthly gym membership — you’re joining a CRASH (AKA a group of rhinos) of coaches and athletes who want to see you achieve your health & fitness goals.

Analytics

Data is the secret ingredient to successful training. We use CompTrain and SugarWOD to track every WOD and number that you lift within our walls, so members can SEE their progress.

Social

We offer a community of accountability. We have fun and play together often, workouts are always better when you’re making new friends!

Nutrition

Whether your goal is to lose 100 pounds of fat or put on 30 pounds of muscle. We believe in eating lean meats and veggies, some fruit, little starch and little to no sugar as much as you can. We also have a direct relationship with a registered dietician who helps with wellness challenges or for those clients that need more specialized help with their nutrition.
