The Chantilly Community Fitness workout of the day (WOD) is our primary Coach-led training program. You will do constantly varied, functional movements, at high intensity over broad time and modal domains. Our CCF WODs are for everyone (however, we do have a ‘ladies only’ class offering). From functional body building to our Row & Flow class, we have created mixed modality class offerings for our fitness community that you can’t find anywhere else. Fitness should be fun, and we want to provide options that challenge you and change you for the better.
If you are not interested in group classes, we have a personal training program just for you. Our personal training program provides an individualized approach to your training. It will be a customized training program tailored for you and your current fitness abilities. You will work with a coach 1-on-1 to reach your fitness goals.
Have you been looking for a place where you can get all your fitness needs met? We also have YOGA 2-3x per week. You can get the yoga only package or use this method to recover from your harder training days.
The focus of our Olympic Lifting Class is to improve your technical execution of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and accessory lifts. This will be a 1-hour group session that meets 3x/ week for all levels.
TVirtual or remote programming is available via 1-on-1 virtual PT session packages from anywhere through the Zoom meeting platform. We also allow athletes from any location to follow our CCFIT SugarWOD daily programming for a low monthly fee of $39/mo from their home gym.
