10 Front Rack Lunges (95/65)
8 Front Squats
6 Push Press
4 Pwr Cleans
15/12 Cal row (bike or ski or run 200m)

Looking for a consistent effort each round. A good goal is to time each set and try to stay within that range for each effort. Try to hold on tonthe barbell for entire BB Cycle (28 reps)

*Adv option: add 20/10 total lbs to the barbell each new round. (Men:95/115/135/155) (65/75/85/95)
