*Accumulate 1 Min Ring or matador Hold (Lockout)…

*Partner up as needed and share rings as needed break into sets of 15-30sec intervals switching until each athlete has accumlated 1min total the top of lockout position of the dip.

Scaling: If athletes cannot do ring dips then have them hold the lockout of the tricep dip on a small box.
